SB1356/HB1297

December 9. 2005: TSSAA  issued a memorandum announcing a change to their rules regarding the participation of some homeschoolers. Their memo announcing the change and clarifying comments from THEA can be found here.

SB1356 and HB1297 are still viable.  This TSSAA change falls far short of the legislation's goals. No word on whether the participants in this legislative process intend to push further with this legislation.
