Re: End of Course Tests
Below a facsimile of the letter sent out February 28, 2000 by HSLDA
on behalf of their members in the State of Tennessee. Also below is
the letter's enclosure, the 4/1/96 letter from HSLDA to DOE
attorney, Kaye Jeter.
